Clarified the wording of the Supreme Spellbreaker feature; this makes it explicit that only leveled spells can affect the Spellbreaker, and only when expending a 4th level spell slot or higher. Which means that Cantrips or spell slots of 1st, 2nd or 3rd level cannot affect a 17th level Spellbreaker unless they allow it.
